Abstract— Efforts in the field of hand gesture detection in the last two decades have paved a successful implementation of this technique and the Human computer interaction have been completely changed as a result of this technique. In this review paper, static and dynamic hand gesture techniques have been compared and their accuracy result is shown which is taken from the publicly accessible database and they have been given in the references so everybody can access those and make their contribution in this technique.
