Abstract: In this paper an overview of the various control strategies in micro-grid system with distributed energy storage systems has been presented. The main aim of this paper is to discuss the latest developments in the control strategies classified as DCS (decentralized control strategies), CCS (centralized control strategies), and DMACS (distributed multi-agent control strategies). These strategies are used for the co-ordination and communication purpose in the micro-grid system with DESS.
