The digital farming using Aeroponics for smart cities is an automated system in farming without using soil. This system is designed to revolutionize the farming sector in the present era of automation. The outcome of the project is a simple system capable of cultivating plants indoors without using soil, irrespective of external climate conditions. This system employs a root chamber, shoot chamber and control section. The hardware is designed to be simple and scalable. The sensors in the root and shoot chamber are controlled by Atmega328 (Arduino mini pro) which is connected to a system on chip Raspberry Pi3B+ in the control section. The prototype model is designed and the practical implementation may have some changes. In large scale, this system is very well capable of helping farmers to reduce their field work and in small scale, it can help normal people who wish to do farming at their home itself.
