This paper describes research related to programming teaching tools. According to the study research questions are: What are the important issues related to the programming while teaching and learning? What are the methods of the research? What kind of tools are need while teaching and learning in programming? What level is involved in programming? After the study six issues are found in programming teaching tools but most of the issues related techniques and methods are used while teaching, learning and assessment. Main focus is on introductory stage. Combination activities are involved in programming process such as planning, designing, testing and debugging. To learn the programming students need to understand the syntax of programming language. If program is well-written is called as poem. Some programming language is become most popular while other are fail to grow. The code is basically writing a paragraph of instruction. With code and programming you can create as well send the content over the world.
