In present time divorce becoming the major problem for the human because the rate getting divorced increasing day by day and it is the serious concern for everyone. The value of marriage at various stages of life has shifted, owing to increasing age at first marriage, growing divorce rates characterized by high remarriage rates, and a variation of increased longevity and a shrinking age gap between wives and husbands. According to research and studies divorce rates are increasing and there are many reasons for it. Earlier people were more adjusting and bound to social norms but now society is changing, women’s are getting more educated and financially independent, men’s are getting more and more emotionally unstable due to change in lifestyles. Today's marriage is the last thing that comes to people's mind. This review paper discuss about the reason behind the increasing rate of divorces and what is the main reasons behind the failed marriages. Furthermore discussed that why men and women getting separated to each other and they do not want that relationship anymore.
