IoT technology is ruling worldwide in almost every sector. IoT devices can be control by anyone from anywhere in the world. In ongoing pandemic situation time to time monitoring of health of a person is very important each time concerning doctor is very difficult in this pandemic. So here to Monitor the health of a person IoT based Vitality Measurement system is proposed. In this project Arduino Mega controller has been used. Here to monitoring the Temperature DS18B20 Temperature sensor is used and to monitor the heart rate pulse sensor is used. These measured temperature and heart rate will be displayed in LCD display. GSM requires 2G/3G SIM to send information to the IoT platform. Here GPS is used for location tracking. So, in case of emergency condition easily find the location of a person. Updating these measured parameters to the IoT. IoT platform used here is Blynk App it will be freely available in play store for both IOS and Android mobile devices.
