We will emphasize the applications and contributions of blockchain technology in finance in general, as well as areas where the technology may have a greater effect on payment systems, in this article. The authors examine the successful applications of blockchain technology in various financial areas, including crypto-currency, in addition to giving a thorough study of blockchain technology and crypto-currency. The authors carefully analyze a technical research on bitcoin price behavior. Crypto currency, which is the first successful application of blockchain technology, may fuel a money transfer network.
