This paper examines the impact on women's in our society in the form of cruel murder happening in our country. The research will be recorded or traced by the ground reporting. We will also take the help of the internet to search the findings for our research work.Those research work will be covered under 15 days. There will be certain journals to be covered for our research work.we will also take the help of browsers (i.e. Google,etc.) Nowadays,we hear about the murder cases, allegations,frauds on the women's.The murder cases are increasing day by day in our surroundings.So,it isn't safe to any women to be independent.It affects families of victims also and the families of defendants also.This study is incorporated with the moral obligation to protect life of a women,not to take it. The victim of the case should be given a death penalty for cruel behaviour done by him ( IPC 302). He should be penalised by the law or give him a imprisonment till death. It takes longer to announce the death sentence, during which the prisoners experience both physical and mental suffering; as a result, the convicts begin begging for the death penalty.
