Abstract

Employee engagement plays a pivotal role in the success of any organization, as it directly impacts employee morale, productivity, and overall business performance. This abstract provides an overview of the strategies and initiatives undertaken by Halley's Blue Bellary, a fictional company in the hospitality industry, to enhance employee engagement. Halley’s Blue Bellary recognizes the significance of engaged employees in delivering exceptional guest experiences and sustaining a competitive edge. To achieve this, the organization has implemented several key strategies: Effective Communication: Halley's Blue Bellary places a strong emphasis on transparent and open communication.
