By examining the interplay between design elements and user behavior, this research offers insights into optimizing digital storefront interfaces to enhance user satisfaction and business performance. Personalized recommendations further enhance the shopping experience. Additionally, robust backend infrastructure, including servers, databases, and software, ensures smooth performance, security, and scalability. These features collectively contribute to user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and improved business performance, driving the popularity of virtual shopping websites. By examining the interplay between design elements and user behavior, this research offers insights into optimizing digital storefront interfaces to enhance user satisfaction and business performance.
