This paper presents the development of a comprehensive digital platform for campus recruitment, designed to address the inefficiencies of traditional manual processes. The system features separate modules for college management, company management, and students, facilitating focused functionalities for each user group. Key features include online application submissions, real-time tracking of recruitment activities, and centralized storage of student profiles, job postings, and Company information. By providing a unified database and user-friendly interface, the platform significantly enhances the coordination among students, companies, and placement officers. Initial testing and user feedback demonstrate improved efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the recruitment process, making it a valuable tool for modernizing campus recruitment practices.
