The Flight Management System is a web application for flight reservations. The Flight Management System (FMS) project aims to develop a crucial functionalities such as flight scheduling, passenger reservations, crew management. And thereby making it convenient for the customers to book the flights as when they require. This Application has two parts, One is Admin part that allows admin to add and modify flight schedules, other part is the user panel which will handle user login and signup and bookings. This project mainly focus on overbooking that can lead to inconvenience and frustration for customers whose bookings are cancelled/re-schedules at last minute due to overbookings. The overbooking leads to negative customer experiences and public backlash. Managing overbooking requires careful planning and monitoring to ensure a balance between maximizing capacity and providing a positive customer experience so to reduce customer experience building a system which will allows user to select seat at the time of booking.
