Title

Data-Driven Correlation of Cyber and Physical Anomalies for Holistic System Health Monitoring

Abstract

A personal health record (PHR) system is an intelligent health system that serves patients and clinicians.. The PHR is usually stored in the cloud and managed by a semi-trusted cloud provider. However, there is still the possibility of the exposure of personal health information to semi-trusted parties and unauthorized users. To protect patient privacy and ensure that patients can control their PHR, a patient-centric PHR sharing framework is proposed in this process. In this framework, all PHRs are protected from outsourcing by multiauthority attribute-based encryption, which solves the problem of key hosting and achieves fine-grained control of PHR access. In addition, anonymous authentication between the cloud and the user is designed to ensure the integrity of data in the cloud while not revealing the identity of the user during authentication. The proposed authentication is issued using a new attributebased online-offline signature. This can ensure that encrypted PHRs resist stealth attacks and are not tampered with during the sharing period, increasing patient control over their PHRs
