Traditional Kanban boards, widely used for project management and workflow visualization, offer a robust framework for task organization and progress tracking. However, they often lack the dynamic and predictive capabilities necessary for optimizing complex software development environments. By incorporating AI, we aim to transform the conventional Kanban system into an intelligent, adaptive tool that not only tracks and visualizes tasks but also provides data-driven insights and recommendations. This AI-enhanced Kanban board will leverage machine learning algorithms to predict project bottlenecks, suggest resource reallocations, and offer timeline estimations, thereby improving efficiency and decision-making. The system will also include natural language processing features to facilitate intuitive user interactions and automated task updates. Through this integration, the project seeks to demonstrate how AI can significantly augment traditional project management tools, resulting in more efficient, responsive, and intelligent software management practices
