In our project, we're implementing a comprehensive quality control system for gears in Received manufacturing. Instead of sampling only a few gears from a batch, our system checks every Received in revised form Accepted gear using a conveyor belt and a camera. This camera captures images and checks gear Available online parameters against stored data. Gears that meet the criteria are accepted, while those that don't are rejected. Precision in gear measurement is crucial, but current methods are either time-consuming or costly. To address this, we're leveraging computer vision

technology to develop a non-contact measurement system capable of accurately measuring most spur gear parameters rapidly. Our vision system has been calibrated and validated using sample gears, demonstrating high accuracy, especially for small gears.
