Leveraging digital technologies to radically alter an organization's operations, improve customer experiences, and develop new value propositions are known as "digital transformation." Businesses can increase agility, streamline operations, and adjust to changing market conditions by incorporating technology like cloud computing and data analytics. This calls for a change in corporate culture to support innovation and ongoing development. The digital revolution of society is inexorably transforming the higher education sector and it effects the way HEIs operate at all levels, from governance to teaching and learning, from the substance of curricula to knowledge generation and research activities. This study is based on secondary data. Literature review has done .Many research paper, articles, thesis have been studied. The purpose of this research paper to explore the way to achieve efficiency in digitalization and challenge faced by staff and how to overcome them.
