Abstract

Pain management is a cornerstone of medical practice, spanning acute and chronic conditions. Ayurveda, the traditional Indian system of medicine, offers unique methods for managing pain, focusing on the root cause and restoring equilibrium in the body. Among its numerous therapeutic approaches, Samirpannag, an intricate and ancient technique, holds a distinctive place. This article delves into the Ayurvedic understanding of pain, elucidates the concept of Samirpannag, and evaluates its applications and efficacy in pain relief.
