Acute pain is a critical clinical condition requiring immediate attention. Modern medical approaches often address pain through pharmacological means, which can have side effects. Ayurveda, with its unique concept of Marma Sharir (vital energy points), offers holistic and non-invasive solutions for acute pain. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of Marma Sharir, its application in acute pain management, and its physiological and therapeutic relevance. Furthermore, it highlights the scientific basis for integrating Marma therapy into modern pain management protocols.
