Technological advancements and global circumstances have led to a shift in the way work is done, as well as changes in how people are employed. THE IMPACT OF REMOTE WORK PRACTICES ON WORK LIFE BALANCE, EMPLOYMEE PRODUCTIVITY, AND EFFECTIVENESS is examined in a critical manner in this review research paper. It examines the various aspects and outcomes of these widespread forms of workplace flexibility and employee productivity. The focus of this paper is on the interplay between remote work arrangements, work life balance, and employee productivity, as a result of global warming's impact on infectious disease (COVID) 19 and changes in digital communication tools.
