Abstract
The practice of establishing and running enterprises by female in rural locations is known as rural women's entrepreneurship. Rural women entrepreneurs contribute significantly to the development and growth of the Indian economy. The country's productivity, social, and economic development depend heavily on rural women entrepreneurs. The majority of women-owned, rural, non-farm entreprises are retail commerce, clothing and food product manufacture, food and beverage services, handloom industry, industrial products, design (sketching and drawing), domestic goods, etc. Lack of expertise, sufficient funds, challenges with marketing and transportation, family conflicts, lack of education, lack of government support, organizational challenges, challenges with licensing processes, low mobility, socio-cultural obstacles, financial arrangement troubles, raw materials, and technology as the main issues that women entrepreneurs encounter from the start of their business to its expansion.
Women's business in rural areas improves farm produce distribution and lowers migration. Governments have acknowledged the significance of female entrepreneurs in accelerating change and growth. However, in addition to good business and marketing counsel, they want access to official credit in order to succeed. This includes support of national and state-level initiatives that help women-owned businesses with proven growth potential. For achieving success they must get help to create business strategies, and link them to commercial banks for working capital and fixed capital loans. It is the need of the hour to provide them with thorough and organized support systems, so that they can realize their enormous potential. The aim of this study is to learn more about the different issues that these women faces in evolving into successful entrepreneurs.
