Efficient management of these institutions is essential to ensure the well-being, health, and dignity of elderly residents. This research explores the structure and significance of an Old Age Home Management System, focusing on resident record-keeping, staff management, health monitoring, legal considerations, and the integration of a people-oriented approach. By implementing a robust management system, old age homes can enhance the quality of life for their residents while improving operational efficiency.
