Car rental apps are transforming urban mobility by offering flexible and accessible transportation solutions. This research explores a peer-to-peer (P2P) vehicle rental model supported by machine learning to address challenges such as vehicle availability, pricing, personalization, and security. By examining trends in technology, user preferences, and business models, the paper proposes an innovative system called Drive Genie that addresses existing limitations. The study further discusses the role of sustainability, emerging technologies, and regulatory issues. This paper aims to offer a future-ready framework that improves the efficiency, convenience, and eco- consciousness of vehicle rentals.
