The Department Achievement Management and Blogging System is a dynamic system that aims to improve student achievement monitoring while creating significant connections among alumni, students, and faculty. The system allows students to post and monitor their academic and extracurricular achievements, making it easy for the faculty members to review, filter, and give feedback on their progress. At the same time, the integrated blog feature is also a professional networking platform where alumni can exchange career advice, industry trends, and job openings and provide useful guidance to existing students. The faculty members can also contribute by sharing research outcomes and academic debates, further enriching the knowledge base [1]. By merging structured achievement management with interactive blogging, the system promotes both academic recognition and professional mentorship. This innovative approach ensures that students remain well-informed about career prospects, industry advancements, and real-world experiences, thereby strengthening their career preparedness and institutional engagement [8].
