This research introduces a smart restaurant management system that combines QR code-based ordering with machine learning to make dining more efficient and personalized. Customers can simply scan a QR code at their table to browse the menu, place orders, and view their bills—all from their own device—removing the need for printed menus or extra staff involvement. Beyond that, the system uses machine learning to take things a step further. It can predict customer wait times using regression models, helping manage expectations during busy hours. It also uses clustering and classification algorithms to identify which menu items are most popular and which ones aren't performing well. Finally, with recommendation algorithms, the system can suggest meals based on a customer’s preferences or past behavior. Together, these features aim to boost efficiency, improve service, and help restaurants make smarter business decisions.
