To create a positive impact on society, career opportunities should be accessible to all individuals based on their interests. Effective career counselling begins with understanding the genuine needs of students with assessment serving as a key initial step. This paper highlights the importance of career counselling and adopts an interactive approach to address the counselling needs of students from grade 9 to 12th highlighting its role in shaping their academic and professional trajectories through our app we aim to provide clarity to students who may be unaware of career options and are simply following trends which is a common issue among Gen Z. Our app seeks to tackle this drawback by offering personalised career guidance. Helping students develop awareness of available career services and influencing their choices in a positive way.
