This study has been undertaken to develop and evaluate an advanced image-to-description system that automatically generates detailed and accurate textual descriptions of visual content. The system employs two complementary deep learning approaches: a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for comprehensive visual feature extraction and a Transformer-based model with attention mechanisms for natural language generation.
