"Job Connect" tackles this problem by employing a skill-focused approach to suggest jobs, allowing users to discover suitable opportunities swiftly and effectively. This platform utilizes an intelligent matching engine that takes into account user-provided skills, experience levels, and preferences such as job type and location. It filters job listings from a structured database and dynamically ranks them based on relevance. Recruiters also gain from accessing a pool of candidates whose profiles closely align with the job requirements. The paper details the design, methodology, technical framework, and benefits of Job Connect in addressing real-world hiring challenges.
