Farmlands often face threats from animal intrusion, leading to significant crop damage and economic losses for farmers. This paper presents "ECO PATROL: INTELLIGENT FARMLAND PROTECTOR," a system designed to mitigate these issues through intelligent monitoring and timely alerts. Utilizing advancements in computer vision, specifically the YOLOv8 object detection model, and potentially integrating drone technology, the system aims to provide real-time detection of animals in farmland environments. This project explores the development and potential implementation of such a system, highlighting the use of deep learning and image processing techniques for effective farmland protection.
