Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems play a crucial role in helping businesses manage their day-to-day operations by bringing together different departments like finance, inventory, sales, and human resources into a single platform. This paper takes a closer look at how ERP systems have evolved over time, how they are built, and what their main features are. It also explores how ERP solutions can improve efficiency and support better decision-making in organizations.
