Department staff can retrieve and update faculty and departmental data, while the admin has full access to oversee all institutional activities. By integrating these functions into one system, the project reduces manual errors, improves coordination, and promotes efficient data sharing. Ultimately, it offers a user-friendly solution to digitize and automate college operations for better organization and decision-making
