In this research of data analysis, presenting the data collected from the loan customers of the branches of the selected NBFC. The study the data mostly is presented as a proportion branch wise the data is related to the customer’s use of mobile application and other uses of mobiles based on which the alternate data can be collected in this research I also tried to collect the data related to the awareness about mobile activity tracking and willingness about data sharing but the alternate data can be gathered only if the loan customer is using the mobile application of the loan supplier that is the selected NBFC for the study thus the researcher has collected the data about use of mobile application of the NBFC of the rural loan customers in each branch from which the data is collected.
