Achieving a work-life balance is crucial for women employees, especially those in the private education sector, as they navigate between professional responsibilities and personal commitments. This study explores the challenges faced by women educators in balancing their work and personal lives, highlighting key factors such as workload, institutional support, and household responsibilities. The research, conducted through structured questionnaires and interviews, reveals that while some teachers effectively manage their dual roles, many struggle with long working hours, stress, and limited flexibility. The findings emphasize the importance of workplace policies, flexible work arrangements, and mental health initiatives to foster a supportive environment. By addressing these issues, institutions can enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being for women educators.
