The digital transformation of global commerce has redefined how businesses communicate, both internally and externally. Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a pivotal role in this transformation, particularly in enhancing the use and effectiveness of English, the lingua franca of global business. This paper explores how AI technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), chatbots, machine translation, and sentiment analysis are reshaping English business communication. It examines the opportunities and challenges posed by these tools in commercial contexts and assesses their impact on clarity, efficiency, cultural sensitivity, and personalization. The paper also highlights the importance of adapting English for digital commerce, emphasizing ethical usage, inclusivity, and the development of communication skills suitable for AI-augmented workplaces.
