Title

Real Estate Website with Automated Chatbot for Customer Support and Lead Generation

Abstract

The real estate industry is rapidly adopting digital solutions to improve customer experience and enhance business efficiency. Traditional property websites provide static information and often fail to engage visitors or capture potential leads effectively. This results in missed opportunities for real estate agents and dissatisfaction among users seeking quick assistance. This project presents a real estate website integrated with an automated rule-based chatbot designed to streamline customer interaction and lead generation. The website allows users to browse property listings, while the chatbot provides instant responses to common queries, guides users to relevant property options, and collects essential customer details such as name, email, phone number, and property preferences. A backend system developed using Node.js and Express.js handles chatbot communication and securely stores leads in a JSON-based storage structure. The proposed system improves customer engagement by offering real-time assistance and ensures that valuable leads are captured automatically for business use. It offers a scalable architecture suitable for future enhancements such as AI-driven chatbots, CRM integration, and online booking features. Overall, the solution serves as a cost-effective and efficient tool for modern real estate businesses aiming to enhance user experience and optimize lead management.
