Traditional gym operations often rely on manual processes for managing memberships, payments, attendance, and trainer schedules. These manual approaches lead to inefficiency, human error, difficulty in retrieving historical records, and poor data accuracy. This research presents a Gym Management System (GMS) developed using Python and SQLite, supported by structured software engineering practices such as requirement analysis, feasibility study, normalization, and UML modeling. The system aims to automate core administrative tasks, improve data reliability, and streamline gym operations.
