This paper discusses the evolution, role, benefits, challenges, and future trends of e-commerce. It also explores how ecommerce has transformed traditional business operations, emphasizing convenience, automation, and digital innovation. However, it faces challenges such as security, competition, and customer trust. The study concludes that ecommerce continues to reshape global trade and will remain an integral part of the digital economy in the future.
