Title

AI-Enabled Open Learning Programs for Business Education in India

Authors

Abstract

In the field of education, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a game-changing tool, especially in open and remote learning environments. The quality, accessibility, and personalization of business education in India are all being greatly enhanced by the use of AI into open learning platforms. In order to give students flexible and personalized learning experiences, AI-enabled open learning programs make use of technologies like machine learning, adaptive learning systems, intelligent tutoring, and learning analytics. Students and working professionals can now learn about business without being limited by time or location thanks to platforms like Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), virtual classrooms, and AI-based learning management systems. By offering top-notch online courses in management and business subjects, government programs like the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning and digital platforms like SWAYAM have promoted open education in India. By providing individualized learning routes, automated tests, and real-time feedback, AI solutions improve these programs and raise academic achievement and learner engagement. Despite these advantages, issues including the digital divide, worries about data privacy, and a lack of technology infrastructure continue to be major obstacles. This article investigates how AI might improve open learning programs for business education in India, looks at existing platforms and efforts, and talks about the prospects and difficulties of deploying AI-driven educational systems in the future.
