In our system, we have three distinct user roles: ADMIN, Gated Community, Flat Owners, and Shop Owners, each with specific functionalities. The ADMIN is responsible for logging in, adding gated communities, and viewing existing gated communities. Gated Community users can add shop owners, works, and flat owners while also managing requests. Flat Owners can view shop owners, their products, add items to their carts, and check purchase history. They can also view works, submit service requests, and review work history. Shop Owners are tasked with adding products to their shop, viewing and updating request statuses. Our server infrastructure supports these functionalities, ensuring a seamless experience for all users
