Creations Jewellery is a private limited firm that manufactures jewellery and exports it to many countries in the world, although their main market is in the United States of America, and is well established in Mumbai. The company specializes in diamond jewellery and colour stone jewellery manufacturing and sells it to buyers in the United States of America. Some of their major buyers are Walmart, Amazon, J. C. Penney etc. They run a massive manufacturing factory to manufacture the jewellery from scratch. Recently, the firm has been facing employee motivation issues which is directly affecting their productivity and efficiency. Hence, this analysis will further explain, to what extent did the new motivational strategy help to improve the efficiency of the employees.
