This study explores the e-governance facilities provided by the government through Akshaya Centers, with a specific focus on Wayanad District. Akshaya Centers, as a pioneering initiative in Kerala, aim to bridge the digital divide by offering a wide range of citizen-centric services, including Aadhaar enrollment, e-payments, and various government certifications. The research examines the operational efficiency, accessibility, and impact of these centers on the socio-economic development of the region. By analyzing user satisfaction and identifying challenges faced by both service providers and beneficiaries, the study provides actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of e-governance initiatives. The findings underscore the critical role of Akshaya Centers in fostering digital inclusion and empowering rural communities.
