This empirical study delves into the intricate relationship between work-life balance (WLB) and employee well-being, elucidating the complex factors that influence this dynamic. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, our research investigates the impact of WLB on individual well-being, life satisfaction, job performance, and organizational commitment. The findings underscore the pivotal role of WLB in fostering employee well-being, mitigating stress and burnout, and enhancing overall quality of life. The study's results have significant implications for organizations seeking to implement effective WLB strategies, support the well-being of their employees, and promote a healthy work environment.
