This study focuses on analyzing the employee strategies adopted by Rane Group of Company in Chennai. It evaluates how these strategies influence employee satisfaction, motivation, retention, and performance. The research includes various HR practices such as recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee welfare schemes. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with employees and HR personnel. The study reveals that effective employee strategies contribute significantly to workforce efficiency and organizational success. Based on the findings, recommendations have been made to enhance HR practices and employee engagement at Rane Group.
