Title

A STUDY ON RETAIL MARKETING STRATEGIES IN SCOTTS GARMENTS LIMITED, TIRUPUR

Abstract

This study explores the retail marketing strategies employed by Scotts Garments Limited, Tirupur, a prominent player in the Indian textile and apparel industry. With the evolving dynamics of consumer behavior, competitive pressures, and the growth of digital platforms, effective retail marketing has become essential for sustained business growth. The research aims to understand the strategic approaches used by the company to attract, engage, and retain customers in both domestic and international markets. Data was collected through interviews with marketing managers, customer surveys, and analysis of company marketing reports. Key areas of focus include branding, pricing strategies, product positioning, distribution channels, promotional activities, and customer relationship management. The findings reveal that Scotts Garments leverages a combination of traditional and digital marketing tools to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty. The study concludes by offering insights and recommendations for improving their marketing mix to meet changing market demands and enhance retail performance.
