Title

AI in Customer segmentation and targeting

Abstract

This study explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in customer segmentation and targeting within the marketing landscape .With the increasing availability of big data and advanced machine learning algorithms ,businesses are leveraging AI to gain deeper insights into customer behavior, preferences and purchasing patterns. The paper reviews various AI-driven techniques-such as clustering ,predictive modeling ,and natural language processing-that enhance the precision of customer segmentation .It also examines case studies across industries to illustrate how AI enables personalized marketing strategies ,leading to improved customer engagement and increased return on investment .The study highlights the advantages ,challenges and ethical considerations associated with implementing AI in marketing ,ultimately emphasizing its potential to revolutionize customer relationship management and strategic decision –making .

Key Words

AI-powered segmentation can identify smaller, more specific customer groups based on their behavior, online interactions, and other data points, enabling hyper-personalized marketing campaigns.
