Title

FIXED POINT THEOREM FOR GENERALIZED WEAKLY COMPATIBLE MAPPINGS IN COMPLETE METRIC SPACES

Abstract

In this paper we prove common fixed point theorems for weakly compatible mappings in complete metric spaces by using a control function and implicit relation. Our results improve and extend result of Mehta and Joshi [7].
