Title

Evaluation of Anti Diabetic Activity of Urticaurens Linn in STZ Induced Diabetic Rats

Abstract

This study has been undertaken to investigate the anti diabetic activity of urtica urens linn in streptozotacin induced diabetic rats. The present study shows that the ethanolic extract of Urtica urens has potential antidiabetic action in STZ induced diabetic rats and the effect was found to be more similar to the reference drug glibenclamide.
