Abstract
Women Empowerment is still burning issue all over the world. Decesion making is the key role for women Empowerment.According national policy women empoerment it has some goals and objectives.Women Empowerment depend on many issues especially women education , employement, agefactor etc.. Employment also provides an advantage to women regarding their ability to decision making power. Employed women are more likely to participate in all decision makings.
