A new trend has emerged in the world in the present context. It does not matter if everyone involved in all fields, be it social, cultural, economic, or political, gets equal status. The need for voluntary charities today is essential if political programs, the activities of organizations operating internationally, are to go to the extent that they can be said to be rooted in every country. Voluntary Charities for Children Activities Rights and You, Save the Children, Anandam, Blue Cross India, Exnora have been taken up and used in the study. In1992 the United Nations began to adopt the right to child UNCRC. As the government recognizes the fundamental rights of all children, the mission is to make them accountable to all people. There was a system in Tamil Nadu where children were kept in bondage. This is different from the slave system. That is to say, it has been a practice here for a long time that the children pay a certain amount of money and the debtors make the family and in return, the children go and work. Introduced Children who have lost their lives and become supporters under this program have been rescued and relief for them has been created through this action plan. Anandam organization was started in 2012 in Kanchipuram. There is a dilemma here of not being able to go to higher education when the students who are not comfortable studying are getting high marks. Thus students who are not able to study at the lower level can go to higher education after completing Class XII, but they are not able to go to higher education as they are not able to go to higher education as they are in a position to alleviate their hunger and save their parents. Thus in the coming times, voluntary charities will reach every street and every house. There is no doubt that there will be voluntary charities within the reach of every individual thereby fulfilling the needs of every individual civil society of the general population.
