In this paper. We introduce An alternative method which enables to compute the transient solution avoiding eigenvalues computation and also requires less CPU time. Moreover, the present paper is devoted to show that the proposed approach to the busy period analysis of a multichannel Markovian queue and applied to M|M|1|N queue and M|M|c queue can be generalized to compute the transient state probabilities and other parameters for a finite and infinite multi-server Markovian queue. The effect of traffic intensity on the model's parameters such as average queue in th e system idle probability and overflow probability is presented. The effect of initial condition on the transient state and these parameters is also given
