We would like to discuss the unsteady thermal convection flow through a porous medium due to the imposed traveling thermal boundary waves on horizontal channel bounded by non-uniform walls. The effect of free convection on the flow has been discussed by solving the governing unsteady non-linear equations under perturbation scheme. The Shear stress and the average Nusselt number on the boundaries have been evaluated for different variations of the governing parameters.
